Induction Ceremonies
The Alpha Theta Iota Chapter holds three Induction Ceremonies per year at Monroe Community College for new members; one per semester in the Fall, Spring and Summer.
These Inductions offer new members and their family and friends an opportunity to meet the officers, fellow members, and faculty while embracing the essence that is Phi Theta Kappa. The ceremonies are held in honor of the new members, however attendance is not a requirement for membership.
The next Induction is the Fall 2009 Induction Ceremony, scheduled for Sunday, December 6, 2009 at 5:00 pm. Inductees should be there at 4:15pm. This will be held in the MCC Theatre (building 4). Friends and family are invited to attend this special day. Parking is in Lot F. The attire for this special occasion is business casual.
The ceremony lasts about an hour followed by refreshments in the lobby.
