Directions To Clinical Agencies from MCC

The Jewish Home:

2021 Winton Road  South.                                                                               

Turn right onto East Henrietta Road. Merge onto I-390 south toward I-590 north. Take I-590 north to the Winton Road Exit (Exit #1). Turn right onto Winton Road. The Jewish Home is at the first signal on your right.

Monroe Community Hospital:     

435 East Henrietta Road                                                                

Turn right onto East Henrietta Road. Go over the I-390 bridge. At the first signal, turn left into the MCH parking lot.

The Park Ridge Living Center:     

1555 Long Pond Road                                                                 

Turn right onto East Henrietta Road. Merge onto I-390 north. Take I-390 north to Ridgeway Ave (Exit #23). Turn left onto Ridgeway Ave. Take Ridgeway Ave. to Long Pond Road (signal there). Turn right onto Long Pond Road. Take Long Pond Road to the first signal. Turn left into the Unity Health Care Campus. Follow the signs to the Park Ridge Living Center. 

St. Ann's Community:       

1500 Portland Ave.                                                                                  

Turn right onto East Henrietta Road. Merge onto I-390 south toward I-590 north. Take I-590 north to NY-104 west. Take NY-104 west to the Goodman Street/Portland Ave exit (Exit #10A). Turn left onto Portland ave. Proceed down Portland Ave. until you reach St. Ann's Community on the left.
