Personal I am a full-time instructor in the department of Chemistry and Geosciences at Monroe Community College. I completed my M.S. from the University of Delaware in Geography where I conducted research on the North Slope of Alaska. My thesis: "Frost Heave and Thaw Settlement in Tundra Environments: Applications of Differential Global Positioning System Technology", has produced numerous publications. I have a Teaching Credential in Geosciences and a B.S.in Atmospheric Science, both from the University of California Davis. I am married to my wife Erika and have two beautiful girls. I was born in Goleta, CA (near Santa Barbara). I have been fortunate enough to travel to Nepal, Thailand, 48 states, Canada, Mexico and western Europe. I enjoy cross country skiing, rollerhockey, tennis, and love to travel.
