Purpose:
The goal of the suggestion box is to provide an avenue of communication from the Monroe Community College Community to the ETS Customer Service Team and the ETS Administrative Staff. It is a simple way to gather comments, suggestions and complaints with the aspiration to continuously improve the services and function of ETS. Used properly, suggestion boxes can strengthen employee communications, improve morale, increase cooperation and create a synergistic environment to generate new ideas. In the future, the ETS Customer Service Team would like to duplicate this process with an online suggestion box.
The Process:
Eleven locked suggestion boxes with the ARCH Logo will be placed throughout the MCC and DCC campus. Members of the ETS Customer Service Team or delegates from the DCC campus will empty the boxes. The suggestion will be reviewed and, if necessary, investigated by the team. If the suggestion is relevant, it will be forwarded to the appropriate department . Announcements of used suggestions will be sent to the ETS Division to demonstrate follow through and encourage participation among ETS employees. A list of improvements will be kept on the ETS Customer Service Page. Complaints will also be reviewed by the team and sent forward to the appropriate ETS Department
Objectives:
The objectives of the suggestion boxes are to obtain feedback and suggestions from the college community,
- Provide a simple readily available mechanism to collect feedback and new ideas on specific issues and services that is always readily available.
- To improve the services and functions of ETS
- Work cooperatively with the college community with a visible approach to Customer Service.
