EARLY REGISTRATION FEE (USD): $135.00
The early registration fee applies when registration and payment are received by Wednesday, June 1, 2005.
LATE REGISTRATION FEE (USD): $160.00
The late registration fee applies when payment is received after Wednesday, June 1, 2005.

Due to limited seating,
reservations will be handled on a first-come basis. Prepayment (in
full) is required to register. A receipt will be issued at the
conference or on request.
The Registration fee is
refundable, except for a $25 processing fee, when requested on or
before Monday, July 18, 2005. No refunds will be made after that
date.
