The Exhibit Area is open from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM on Thursday, 8/4/05.
The
Exhibit Area will be available at 1:00 PM on Thursday, August 4, 2005 for
exhibitors to set-up. Each exhibitor will have a booth comprised
of an 8-ft table and 2 chairs. More tables and chairs available on request. Electricity is available at some
booths. [See Instructions for Shipping/Returning Supplies below.]
To register as an exhibitor, please use the participant Registration Form. In the "Name" field, after your name add "Exhibitor"
The Exhibitors Fee is the same as a participant‘s fee and entitles
one person from the exhibitor’s company to exhibit and participate
fully in the conference. If additional persons from your company wish
to participate in the conference they will need to register separately
as a participant. Each exhibitor will be listed
in the conference program.

If you would like to ship your supplies to MCC so that they arrive during the week before the conference, follow these steps:
PLEASE SEPARATE "exhibit table supplies - textbooks and other supplies" from "conference supplies being provided for conference use (NOT for your exhibit)" and then SHIP THEM SEPARATELY:
For cartons containing ONLY EXHIBIT TABLE SUPPLIES, address to:

Please ship these packages so that they arrive by July 27, 2005.
The Receiving Department will hold your parcels and deliver them to
the location of the exhibit on Thursday afternoon prior to 1:00 PM
(Exhibit opens at 3:30 PM).
For cartons containing ONLY CONFERENCE SUPPLIES (not for exhibit), address to:

Please ship these packages so that they arrive by July 18, 2005.
The Receiving Department will immediately deliver them to the Steering Committee.

If you wish to have your supplies returned after the exhibit;
repackage your supplies, provide the appropriate labels and postage, and the Shipping
Department will pick them up from your booth and return ship your supplies the next day.
