Welcome Residents!
Res. Hall Flu Clinic: Tuesday, September 22nd, 2-5pm in Canal Hall
Welcome to Alexander Hall's Web Page :) ---Residence Life Staff
Welcome to Residence Life at Alexander Hall. My name is Brooke Swarthout and I am your Professional Resident Director. It is my job to make sure you are living in a safe and healthy environment. I accomplish this task with the help of my Resident Assistant staff. Resident Assistants are students who live on the floors among the residents. They are my eyes and my ears in the building. They are also a fantastic resource for you as your make the transition to campus life. Feel free to ask them any questions at any time.
Throughout the year, you can expect to see a great number of fantastic programs put on by your talented Resident Assistants, but also the Professional Resident Director Staff. We are here to help you grow beyond the classroom. It is important to us that you develop a sense of civic responsibility in the halls that will follow you throughout any career path you choose. Through programs, we also build our Alexander community. Come to programs to meet friends and get involved! We also have a plethora of clubs and organizations that meet all sorts of tastes and interests. If you don’t like any of the clubs we already offer… start one of your own! One of the best decisions you made was to live on campus, now take full advantage of every opportunity to get involved. We want you to grow and learn from all of the diverse people that live here!
Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns: I am here to help you on your college journey. bswarthout@monroecc.edu (585)350-3900
Sincerely, Brooke Swarthout
