Charlie Clarke, President
Professor, Psychology. Employed since 1971. Past chair of Psychology for 18 years. Charlie has served the FA as Contract Administrator and Chief Negotiator for the past 8 contracts (1984-2008) and as president, served on the FA Negotiating Team for the 2008-2012 Contract. He previously served the FA as Treasurer and Teaching Director. He is a member of the FA Labor Management team, the FA Budget, Executive, Grievance Committees. Charlie is a state-wide union leader serving on the NYSUT Higher Education Council, and as a presenter at both community colleges and the NYSUT Community College Conferences. |

Taine Vinci, Vice President
Professor, Assistant Director, Counseling and Advising. Employed since 1978. Taine has served the FA as Vice President since 2001. She previously served as Interim Adjunct Director, 2000-01. She has served on the 2003, 2004, and 2008 negotiating teams. She is a long-standing member of the Labor Management Team and the FA Executive Committee. |

Patricia Kress, Secretary
Assistant Professor, Psychology. Employed since 2002. Pat has served the FA as secretary since 2006 and also serves as Chair of the FA Mediation Project. Dr. Kress has presented at the NYSUT Community College Conference. Presently, she also serves as a member of the FA Labor Management Team. |

Renee Rigoni, Treasurer
Assistant Professor, English/Philosophy. Employed since 1989. Previously the Faculty Council secretary, Christopher has served the FA as treasurer since 2004. He served on the 2003 and 2004 negotiating teams. Christopher has also served as a rotating member of the Labor Management team. He is a graduate of the NYSUT Leadership Institute, and serves as a member of the NYSUT Distance Education Statewide Committee. Chris has served as the Labor Day Parade coordinator since 2003 and provides oversight of the FA webpage. |

W. Michael Goho, Teaching Director
Professor, Engineering Science and Physics. Employed since 1985. Mike served as President of the Faculty Association from 1997-2004. He previously served as Vice President, Legislative Chair and Contract Chair. He was a member of the 1993 Negotiating team. In his capacity as FA president, he served on the 1999, 2003, and 2004 Negotiating Teams. Mike now serves as Contract Administrator and as Chief Negotiator for the 2008-2012 contract. He's chief negotiator for the FA on the Labor Management Team, and serves on the Grievance Committee. |

Anne Perry, Professional Staff Director Coordinator, Instructional Design, ETS. Employed since 1998. Randy is currently the Professional Staff Director (represents full-time professional staff) on Faculty Council. Previously, he was appointed by FA President Mike Goho to serve as interim Personnel Director on Faculty Council. He is a member of the Labor Management Team. He has also served the FA as a member of the Labor Management subcommittee on distance education. |

Bethany Gizzi, Grievance Chair
Assistant Professor (AHPS), Sociology. Employed since 1997. Bethany has served as Adjunct Director since 2001. She’s served on the 2003 and 2004 negotiating teams. Bethany serves as the Chair of the FA Membership Committee and has been active in the labor community as a workshop presenter for the annual International Women’s Day workshops. |

Ellen Mancuso, Legislative Chair
Access Services Librarian, ETS Libraries. Employed since 1989. Ellen has served as Legislative Chair on Faculty Council since 1997. She lobbies for the Faculty Association with NYSUT/Albany, and coordinates the legislative functions for the Faculty Association. She serves as a FA delegate to the Rochester Labor Councl and works with COPE (Committee on Political Eduation). She is a graduate of the NYSUT Leadership Institute and has served the FA on the Labor Management Subcommittee for the Study of Professional Titles and Salaries. Ellen has also served as a rotating member of the Labor Management team. |

Marlene Goho, Administrative Director
Administrative Director, employed since 1978. Previously having worked as assistant to six FA presidents. Presently, she’s responsible for the operation of the FA. Marlene is the co-editor of the Faculty Association Newsletter, FA labor historian, contract researcher, serves on the FA Budget Committee, Executive Committee, and as liaison to the Rochester labor community. She is a member of the Women’s Labor Caucus of the Rochester Area, and has presented workshops at the NYSUT community college conferences. She has a B.S. Degree from Roberts Wesleyan College, a Masters Certificate from the School of Labor and Industrial Relations at Cornell University in Labor Relations, and a Certificate from the Rochester Mediation Center in Mediation/Conciliation. She teaches part-time in Transitional Studies. |

Sonja Lenhard, FA Secretary
Secretary of the FA, employed since January 1999. In addition to her regular clerical duties, Sonja also works as a contract researcher and as a contributor to the Faculty Association Newsletter. Sonja previously worked for the Town of Henrietta and in banking at the Mortgage Department at Chase Bank from 1989-1996. Sonja has a certificate in Travel and Tourism from FLCC. |
